SeaWave Announces New Warranty Programs and Enhanced Technical
Support Services
[Middletown, RI, USA - October 11, 2006] - SeaWave LLC, a world-wide leader in maritime communications, today
announced new warranty programs and enhanced technical support services ensuring their customers receive even
greater value for their investment.
Recently introduced SeaWave warranty programs include the Extended Warranty and Advanced Replacement Warranty for
Integrator system. Both warranties are available within 12 months of the purchase date. Integrator 3 customers
can also take advantage of these new warranties until the end of January 2007.
The SeaWave Extended Warranty covers parts and labor beyond the included first year warranty. The Advanced
Replacement Warranty must be purchased in conjunction with an Extended Warranty and provides a replacement unit,
sent out upon customer notification of a service issue, in advance of the unit's return to SeaWave's service center.
SeaWave customers are encouraged to ask their sales associate or authorized SeaWave dealer for information on both
warranty programs.
SeaWave is pleased to announce the appointment of James Rodts as Director of Global Support. Rodts will be responsible
for world-wide technical support at SeaWave offices located in North America, Europe and Asia. The SeaWave Global
Technical Support team provides extensive industry and product experience, as well as detailed account knowledge,
helping to ensure maximum uptime for SeaWave customers.

customers around the globe we have made several improvements that help ensure rapid response times no matter where
in the world our customers are located."
A new phone number for international support has been made available on SeaWave's Web site for their customers.
Customers who call this number are automatically forwarded to appropriate support personnel in SeaWave offices in
the USA, UK and Singapore. SeaWave has also implemented a new global customer relationship management system,
SeaWave Account Management (S.A.M.), which allows support personnel to immediately access account information and
service history.
