SeaWave LLC Announces the Sale of Assets to Globe Wireless
Customers of Both Companies to Benefit from Best-of-Breed Service and Technology

[Middletown, Rhode Island, USA - August 6, 2007] - SeaWave LLC, a provider of remote management and communications solutions for the maritime industry, today announced the signing of an Asset Purchase Agreement to sell substantially all the assets of SeaWave LLC to Globe Wireless of Palm Bay, Florida.

The sale of SeaWave's assets to Globe Wireless represents a strategy to combine the strengths of two trusted and established marine communications companies. With an installed base that will surpass 8,000 vessels and 500 ship operators worldwide, Globe strengthens their total solution approach by incorporating SeaWave's leading edge technology, value added products and remote administration tools.
