Invoicing Coordinator
This position will be responsible for timely and accurate invoicing of the Companies various products.
Critical Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
- Strong analytical and problem solving ability
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, specifically excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Two years minimum experience
- Ability to work in a dynamic team environment
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
- Detail oriented, organized, efficient
Major Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordinate monthly invoicing processes
- Process invoicing of items not currently invoiced systematically.
- Additional assignments and participation in projects as assigned
Education, Experience, and Job Knowledge
- Associates or Bachelors degree
