Invoicing Coordinator

This position will be responsible for timely and accurate invoicing of the Companies various products.

Critical Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
  • Strong analytical and problem solving ability
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, specifically excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Two years minimum experience
  • Ability to work in a dynamic team environment
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail oriented, organized, efficient
Major Duties and Responsibilities
  • Coordinate monthly invoicing processes  
  • Process invoicing of items not currently invoiced systematically.
  • Additional assignments and participation in projects as assigned
Education, Experience, and Job Knowledge
  • Associates or Bachelors degree
