Customer Administration Coordinator

 

The Globe Wireless Customer Administration group is responsible for reviewing and processing orders from our global sales offices who provide services to the worlds commercial maritime industry. These orders are for monthly plans, hardware, software and system configurations. Investigating discrepancies with orders, providing guidance to our global sales team and ensuring that all orders meet strict business rules is an integral part of the overall business.
 
When processing orders this requires entering a large amount of data into various data base systems with a high degree of accuracy within firm and sometimes short deadlines. 
 
There will be significant interaction with the global sales team, customer support, materials/scheduling, finance, and international organizations in support of the customer.
 
Ideal candidate must be hard working, able to learn quickly & work independently in a fast paced environment while efficiently managing time & resources to meet deadlines accurately. Attention to detail and precision in data entry are essential qualities.

Critical Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
·         Experience in a sales order / scheduling processing environment
·         Proficient with Internet Explorer, Search Engines, Databases and Research Tools.
·         Proficient with Word, Excel MS Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat
·         Experience with CRM applications.
·         Proven ability to investigate problems, identify potential solutions and implement resolutions.
·         Must be able Multi-task using several computer programs simultaneously to complete tasks.
·         Excellent phone etiquette required.
 
 Helpful:
·         Experience in the maritime or satellite industries
·         SAP Experience
·         Experience with GSM/Wireless/Satellite activations
·         Background in Communications, Customer Support, or administrative support a plus.
