Accountant - General Ledger
This position will be responsible for assisting the accounting manager in directing all phases of the organization's accounting functions. These functions include establishing and maintaining the organization’s accounting principles, practices, and procedures.

Major Duties and Responsibilities
Coordinate and perform responsibilities related to the Company’s financial reporting prepare and post month-end journal entries.
· Process month-end closing activities
· Record international sales office transactions
· Analyze and reconcile General Ledger accounts
· Prepare monthly and year-to-date financial statements including balance sheet, income statement and, cash flow statement
· Prepare metric reporting
· Additional ad-hoc projects as assigned
Education, Experience, and Job Knowledge
· B.A. Degree in Accounting or Finance
· Minimum of 5 years GL experience
· Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
· Strong knowledge of GAAP
· SAP experience a plus
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
